How to describe the texture of gloves

The texture of the glove comes from the model in the production process. Currently, there is no standard to describe the extent to which gloves are textured. Some gloves are numb only for the fingers while others are numb for general use. Think of the pitted texture of a glove as a mountain range. The deeper the valley, the more prominent the texture. This allows more water to flow through the canyon, and for the gloves, it allows better contact with the surface.

Smooth:

These are gloves without any texture, most of them are vinyl. Smooth gloves are suitable for hair care, food processing and food service (industry).

Micro ma:

This is the lightest form of texture, mainly nitrile gloves and medical latex gloves. In fact, 95 percent of nitrile gloves are slightly crumpled. These gloves have a lightly polished surface and are ideal for medical applications. Because they provide extra grip to hold the tool without interfering with the patient or process. In addition, they are better suited to grasping tiny objects.

Bump texture:

This type has the most obvious texture. For example, the thickened orange nitrile glove has a diamond-like texture, which tightens the fasteners, nuts and bolts, especially if the glove slides off. The manufacturer will need more material to make the texture of these gloves. This extra thickness adds extra grip and protection.

The grip strength of the Shixiang glove is not entirely from the texture. The final process changed by the manufacturer, which USES a light chlorine wash to ensure a sticky surface during chlorination.
